strong A Accountabilities strong Provide technical support and resolve problems to the end user s satisfaction Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT technical support Responsible for Operating on Active Directory Hand on Formatting and Imaging Computer systems Responsible for the incident management process by acting as the 1st line of support for all technical issues including hardware and software questions and consulting installations networking network connection requests and troubleshooting Handle Basic Network tasks B. Experience:At least 1/- year experience in Hardware/Software.C. Education and Certification:Diploma or Higher education related to Electronics, Electrical, Computer science is acceptable.IT Professional certificate is preferred.D. General Remark:Kuwait Based/ Transferable Visa.Immediate Joiners are preferred.Salary is KWD 250-300/- and non negotiable.
