The services that yalawork.com provides to user is subject to the following User Agreement (U.A) (T.U)

yalawork.com reserves the right to update the (U.A) (T.U) at any time without notice to user.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses and activities that occur under your password, regardless of whether they are authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your registration or password. Further, The Company is not responsible for any viruses accesses through said third-party. If you decide to access linked third party Web sites, you do so at your own risk.

User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless yalawork.com, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of yalawork.com by user or user’s account

Either yalawork.com or User may terminate this agreement at any time without limiting the foregoing , yalawork.com shall have the right to immediately terminate User’s Account in the event of any conduct by user which yalawork.com , in its sole discretion, consider to be unacceptable or in the event of any breach by user of this agreement.

Services: Different premium services are purchased and accessed from different pages on yalawork.com. All prices are in US dollars.

Payment: All amounts payable by Customer must be received in full prior to commencement of Service. Cards accepted are Visa and Mastercard. Customer will be responsible for the payment of any present or future sales, use, excise or other similar tax (excluding taxes based on yalawork.com’s net income) applicable to the services hereunder. Amounts paid hereunder are non-refundable.

Cancellations and Refunds: Any payments made through the Pay in Cash payment method will not be refunded regardless of the cause of termination or the party terminating the agreement. All other requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis and awarded at  yalawork.com’s sole discretion. All approved refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.

Credit Card Information: The details collected do not include credit card details of customers. All credit card information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

This agreement and any operating rules for www.yalawork.com establish by yalawork.com constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach
