HelpDesk Agent - Kuwait

A. Accountabilities:
Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
Monitor Helpdesk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation.
Assist with onboarding of new users.
Report issues to the Helpdesk for escalation.
Responsible for Help-desk support/Dealing with various Customer issues.
Track of Service Tickets on Helpdesk services .Responsible for Operating on Active Directory Maintain various data-bases of the IT/Communication Department.
Basic trouble-shooting of IT/Communication issues on & off - sites. Responsible for maintenance of Documentation of IT/Communications Department. 
B. Qualifications:
Excellent experience in using remote desktop utilities in troubleshooting and resolving users’ problems.
Excellent experience in diagnosing and solving computer related problems (hardware, software, applications). Excellent experience in installing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows Microsoft Office latest releases.
Excellent client configuration of networking and Microsoft Outlook.
Experience in remote control tools.
C. Experience:
Minimum 2/- Years experience in IT HelpDesk Support role.
D. Education and Certifications:
Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or any other related stream.
CompTIA A+, ITIL, Network+ and Microsoft Windows 10 active certifications .
E. General Skills:
Good communication skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Able to handle multi task.
F. General Remarks:
Minimum 2/- Years experience in same role IT HelpDesk agent role.
Kuwait Based/ Transferable visa.
The budget for this role is around KWD 300/- KWD 350/- unnegotiable
